Museveni Creates "chaos"

AL QUSAIS, Jan. 24 - Museveni's thesis for a B.A. degree at Dar es Salaam University is based on the triumph of Marxism through a people's revolutionary war. In it he writes: "To gain power you have to attack the existing political social order until you have created chaos then you can move in and take over".

That explains why the President of Uganda is now seen to do a "move in" in the rebel infested areas. He has successfully created chaos there. He successfully did it in Luweero. He successfully did it in Rwanda. He is also bent on creating constitutional chaos and then "move in" through a referendum.

When will the people of Uganda wake-up?
