MONTREAL, Mar 15 - Wavesat Inc., a developer of OFDM Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) silicon solutions, today announced that it has entered into a Cooperative Agreement with ZTE Corporation of Shenzhen, China, to evaluate Wavesat's DM256 chip and confirm it meets the performance and technology requirements of ZTE's customers. "We will test and evaluate WAVESAT's DM256 chip and we believe the cooperation will benefit developing ZTE's next-generation Fixed Broadband Wireless Access systems", said Jiongyi Fan, General product manager of BWA with ZTE.
